A Review of the America Invents Act

PROGRAM OVERVIEW
After several years of legislative modifications, patent reform has finally passed Congress and was signed by the President on September 16, 2011. The America Invents Act makes sweeping changes to the American patent system not seen since the Founding Fathers enshrined intellectual property protection into the U.S. Constitution.
